ASSET NAME: Tesla
This strategy, which had a WIN number of 12 out of 14 years of history, was successful considering the close of 20/09. Using a Stop Loss of 6% and a Take Profit of 11% the trade close would have occurred on 19/09 (this strategy would still have brought the same numero of WINs as the one based on exit dates).
From backtest we see that as many as 5 out of 14 years have Worst0, while in general the value of Best helps to have a very good Benefit/Risk ratio. Also note that the stock does not show strong correlation with its sector.
The current trend had a strong correlation from July onward with 2023, this was also repeated in the Trade period.
Conclusion
Even with a short period (10 days) and high volatility, the strategy fully complied with what it has done in the past.
